Belo Referral Offer

• Refer a patient and get a ₱1,000 ZO Voucher when the referral purchases any ZO Kit
• Refer a patient and get a ₱3,000 ZO Voucher when the referral spends above ₱30,000 and below ₱100,000 on products and services
• Refer a patient and get a ₱5,000 ZO Voucher for a minimum spend of ₱100,000 or more on products and services

Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is effective immediately until December 31, 2023.
2. This promo will be available for non-BPC and BPC members.
3. Voucher Validity is 30 days from date of issuance.
4. Referred friend should be a new Belo patient (no past transactions).
5. This promo is valid in all Belo Clinics.
6. Promo is not valid when used in conjunction with other promos.
7. For in-clinic transactions, promo is applicable to cash or straight credit card payment only. Cashless payments are highly encouraged (via Alipay, GCash, WeChat and bank to bank online payment only).
8. In case of medical concerns and/or approval of the Area Manager, a patient will be allowed to transfer his/her advance payment credits to another person only once. 
9. BPC points may be credited to patients who will avail of the promo.
10. Payment using Belo Beauty Bank credits or BPC points does not apply to the promo offers.
11. Refunds will be accommodated for medical reasons only.
