1. Kindly be on time. We can only extend a 15-minute grace period for cleaning procedures from the time of your appointment.

2. Companions are not allowed to go inside the clinic unless the patient is a senior citizen, minor or PWD.

3. If you availed of a package, please don’t forget to bring your program card.

4. For cancellations, please advise us ahead of time so we can give your slot to waitlisted patients. Otherwise, 500 points shall be automatically deducted from your BPC point balance.

5.  Prior to your visit, please fill out the Belo AIQ through the link we sent you via SMS. 

6.  City of Mandaluyong has implemented a unified Contact Tracing System with Pasig, Antipolo and Valenzuela. If you don’t have a QR code from any of the areas mentioned, you may register at mandatrack.appcase.net
