Accounting Specialist (The Fort)

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for the efficient evaluation of financial and operating control systems, accounting procedures and practices in the clinic; also for the clinic’s product inventory, sales, cash, and fixed assets.

The Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Aesthetician (Manila Clinics / Davao)

The Aesthetician primarily performs various procedures on the patient such as cleaning, facials, and other face and body treatments using the highest quality of products and machines.

Area Manager - Branch Manager (Manila Clinics)

The Area Manager is responsible the over-all operations of his/her assigned clinics focusing on boosting sales performance, developing marketing strategies, promoting high standards of customer service in handling patients and VIP clients, and managing all Clinic Operations clinic staff.

Associate Physician (Manila, Cebu, Davao)

The Associate Physician primarily performs various non-surgical procedures on the patient such as lasers, dermal fillers, and other body treatments.

  • Candidate must be a Licensed Doctor.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Preferably a resident of Davao City or nearby areas.

Cash and Inventory Custodian (Manila Clinics and Clark)

The position is responsible for collection of payments from the patients, inventory control, and maintaining availability of products.

  • Inventory and cash handling experience is an advantage.

Customer Care Specialist (Head Office)

The Customer Care Specialist is primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls and responding to customer’s call & email inquiries, building customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company, or making outbound calls for follow-up customer support or telemarketing purposes, following a set of standards established for call management, call accuracy, call handling and data encoding accuracy.

Customer Experience Manager

The role of the Customer Experience Manager is to proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating an ongoing strategy for anticipating and meeting customer needs in every interaction. He/she organizes and leads the Customer Experience team to ensure that the overarching strategy and vision for the team be followed and implemented. He/she works closely with marketing managers to align goals and visions, as well as the ICT and Operations managers to ensure all customer interactions— both in-person and online — are according to set standards

Documentation and Liaison Specialist (Head Office (San Juan))

The Documentation and Liaison Specialist is primarily responsible in processing, liaising and preparing necessary documents and permits to designated and/or Government Agencies. He/ she is also responsible in processing payments for mandated Government Transactions and Private entities.

Infection Control Nurse (Greenhills)

The Infection Control Nurse's main responsibility is to identify, prevent and control outbreaks of infection in health care settings and the community.

IT Associate (Head Office (San Juan))

The Information Technology (IT) Associate provides technical support for system wide internal clients to ensure that all IT resources equipment and programs are working and up to date. The IT Associate is also responsible for the areas of computer operations, computer repair, wire and cable installation, user and desktop support, service desk and data management.
