- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in business analysis / commercial planning, preferably within the FMCG sector or a consulting firm.
- High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
