Dedicated to giving back to valued patients who have trusted Belo through the years, the Belo Privilege Club (BPC) is our new and improved loyalty system for our patients as we aim to provide our patrons with experiences beyond the clinic with a wide array of privileges.

BPC members get to enjoy first access to Belo’s latest treatments, special discounts, and packages, and may avail of Belo products and services using their BPC points!

BPC members also automatically have exclusive access to the Belo Shop, with their registered email and account. 

Accessing your BPC Elite Portal

Starting March 13, 2023, the Belo Mobile app will no longer be available for download or use after this date. But worry not – your points are safe and updated on the new portal.

Here’s how to log in to the new Belo Privilege Club Elite loyalty program portal:

For New Patients:

  1. Login credentials will be provided via SMS. Use these credentials to log in.
  2. Visit belomed.com
  3. Click the “Sign In” button at the top right corner.
  4. Change your password if needed.

For Existing Patients:

  1. Use your current login credentials to log in.
  2. Go to belomed.com
  3. Click the “Sign In” button at the top right corner.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. All Belo patients automatically become a member after their first visit or consultation, no minimum spend is required.
  2. Once membership is validated, BPC members may already start earning BPC points for every in-clinic or online transaction. Earning of points are as follows:

*Digital wallets such as GCash, Paymaya, AliPay, and the like.

  1. Members who will settle with deferred payments of 6 months and more, will no longer be entitled to earn BPC points.
  2. BPC points are automatically credited to the member after each transaction.
  3. Points can only be credited to the members who paid for the products and procedure.  
  4. Accumulated BPC points may be used to purchase regular-priced non-surgical treatments and products in any Belo clinic and at the Belo Shop. One BPC point is equivalent to Php1. Standard exclusions apply.
  5. Members may earn BPC points when availing of promos or discounts but are not allowed to use their points to avail of discounted treatments or products.
  6. Upon redemption of points in-clinic, BPC members may be asked to provide their Belo App QR codes for verification.
  7. No minimum number of BPC points is required to start redemption, members can use earned points right away.
  8. Belo Medical Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
