Appointments should be booked within one (1) week from the receipt of the message or the date indicated in the SMS to avail of the offer. The appointment itself can be after that period, but not more than 30 days.
Cancellations or rebooking must be made at least 24hrs before your appointment. Only one-time rebookings are allowed.
All promotional offers received via SMS may be redeemed with a minimum spend of Php 3,000.00.

Advance payments are allowed, provided the treatment must be done not more than fifteen (15) days from the advance payment date.
In case of medical concerns and/or approval of the Area Manager, a patient will be allowed to transfer his/her advance payment credits to another person only once.
BPC points may be credited to patients who will avail of the promo.
