1. Kindly be on time. We can only extend a 15-minute grace period for cleaning procedures from the time of your appointment.

2. If you availed of a package, please don’t forget to bring your program card.

3. For cancellations, please advise us ahead of time so we can give your slot to waitlisted patients. Otherwise, 500 points shall be automatically deducted from your BPC point balance.

4.  Prior to your visit, please fill out the Belo AIQ through the link we sent you via SMS. 

5.  The City of Muntinlupa has implemented a unified Contact Tracing System. If you don’t have a QR code, you may register at https://www.staysafe.ph/register
