Customer Experience Manager (Head Office – San Juan)

The role of the Customer Experience Manager is to proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating strategies for anticipating and meeting customer needs in every interaction. He organizes, leads and heads the Customer Experience team to ensure that the overarching strategy and vision for the team be followed and implemented. He will handle customer concerns to ensure overall client satisfaction is achieved.

  • Graduate of any 4-year college course
  • With at least Five (5) years work experience in the service industry in a similar capacity
