SlimJaro

The Belo Slimjaro Injection is an advanced weight management solution designed for individuals struggling with excess weight and metabolic disorders. This injectable treatment features Tirzepatide, a groundbreaking medication that mimics two essential gut hormones—GIP and GLP-1—responsible for regulating blood sugar levels, optimizing insulin secretion, and curbing appetite. It enhances insulin production, slows gastric emptying, and reduces cravings, making it easier to manage weight effectively.

Unlike traditional weight-loss methods, this dual-action approach promotes a more sustainable and efficient way to achieve significant weight loss while improving metabolic health.

  • How does the SlimJaro injection work?
SlimJaro Injections use Tirzepatide, a dual-action formula that mimics two key hormones (GIP and GLP-1) to regulate blood sugar, control appetite, and enhance metabolism. It slows digestion, making you feel full longer, while also improving insulin production to help the body process sugar efficiently, preventing fat storage and promoting weight loss.
  • Who is an ideal candidate? How would I know if this is right for my needs?
We perform a series of lab tests to understand your body’s unique needs. These results guide us if it is safe and right for you. Though, ideally, SlimJaro is ideal for individuals struggling with excess weight or obesity, particularly those with metabolic disorders or insulin resistance. However, it is not recommended for individuals with a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2.
  • How are the injections done?
The injection is given once a week, injected in fatty areas like the buttocks, thigh, arms, or abdomen.
  • How many treatment sessions are needed?
The standard treatment plan lasts 2-3 months, with dosage gradually increasing over time. This can also be customised by your Belo doctor, based on the evaluation during consultation as well as the patient’s goals.
  • What can the patient expect?

First, patients will have to undergo an initial assessment/consultation with a Belo MD to customise their SlimJaro treatment plan accordingly.

For possible side effects, these include nausea, vomitin, diarrhea, constipation and mild swelling (which resolves quickly). These effects usually improve over time as the body adjusts to the treatment.

  • What is the difference between the Belo SlimJaro Injection and the Belo Semaglutide Injection?
Both injections aid in weight loss, but they work differently. SlimJaro offers greater weight loss and better blood sugar control than Semaglutide, especially for individuals with insulin resistance or metabolic disorders. However, it is still up to the Belo doctor on what injectable will be best for the patient’s condition, goals, etc.
  • How long do the results last?
Results vary depending on lifestyle choices. For long-term success, patients should maintain a healthy diet and regular exercise. Regular check-ins with a Belo doctor are recommended to monitor progress and make adjustments if necessary.
  • Can I combine it with other Belo treatments for best results?
Yes! You may want to check out the Belo Body Reset program or our other body contouring treatments.
