The Patient Experience Officer primarily attends to patients and customers in the clinic and
performs a variety of tasks to ensure that services are provided in an effective, efficient, and
compassionate manner. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and in-depth
product knowledge to ensure high levels of patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or customer relations role.
