5. All treatments and complimentary items must be availed on the same day of purchase unless specified by the clinic.
6. Patients must present valid travel documents upon availing of the offers. Accepted documents include:
   • Passport, or
   • Boarding pass (or a copy), or an equivalent travel document, and
   • BOQ Affidavit of Undertaking.

7. Prior appointment is required and subject to clinic availability.

12. 3-month 0% installment credit card payment terms apply only to regular-priced procedures or products with a maximum of 10% discount, and are subject to standard exclusions.
13. Refunds will be processed for medical reasons only. In the event of medical concerns and/or with the approval of the Area Manager, a patient is allowed a one-time transfer of their advance payment credits to another person.
