The Self-Care Habit You Should Try, Based on Your Zodiac Sign

Quarantine season, for many, has become self-care season. Now that we’ve hit pause on our normal work and lifestyle, we’re beginning to reconsider our habits and the things we dedicate our time to. (As it turns out, spending four hours commuting to and from work was making us extremely unhappy.) But that doesn’t mean working from home is completely stress-free. Depending on your zodiac sign, you may be turning to different ways to help unwind after a long work day. Read on for new ideas…or just to say, “Yep, that’s so me!”

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

You’re brave and ambitious, and you’re always the first to try something new. That’s why you should give high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts a shot. For the headstrong Aries, pushing yourself to the limit is the epitome of loving yourself.
