How Max Collins Found Her Glow After Motherhood

Walking into the Belo clinic in a cropped top and flared jeans, Max Collins looked every bit the confident star she is. At 32, the actress, model, and mom proudly shares that she’s finally achieved the body she’s always dreamed of thanks to her discipline and a little help from Belo. 

“You could really see my abs coming out,  that’s actually hard work that I put in, my abs!” Max beams. “And Belo helped take all that fat out, all around it.”“I have a renewed confidence, and I think just after becoming a mom and going through so many changes with my body, I  finally feel back, if not, better than normal. I’m the best version of myself now and I’m so thankful to Belo for that.”

The First Step: Why Max Chose Liposuction For Her Arms

In 2023, Max first turned to Belo for 360° Liposuction on her arms. She was frustrated by fat deposits that wouldn’t go away despite her strict workouts and clean eating.

“I was so tired of editing all my photos. I felt like such a scammer, because pinapaliit ko yung arms ko,” she said. “Since it bothered me so much, I felt like it was time to do something about it instead of just keep complaining about it.” 

By 2025, Max was ready for her second 360° Liposuction—this time, to address the stubborn fat around her lower abdomen.

“I was keeping the weight on my lower abdomen, and it felt so heavy. That weight made me a little depressed because I’d feel so heavy in the morning,” Max shared. “I remember being so sad about it. It  made me come to the conclusion that I did everything that I could to remove the fat, and it would not go away. “

It was that realisation that made her decide to do liposuction again. “Physically, I just really wanted to feel lighter. I didn’t want to feel that weight here around my stomach and I wanted to feel happier. I didn’t want to obsess over it. I really wanted to be able to focus on other things in life and enjoy other things like being a mom, my career. I was just so sad about the weight and that’s why I decided to do it.”

Second Time Around: Addressing Stubborn Fat in the Abdomen

One common misconception about liposuction that Max wants to break is that it’s regarded as a shortcut towards weight loss. Max approaches her journey as a “headstart”, giving the patient time to “really diet and exercise and to get the right lifestyle” to achieve results.

“If you look at it as a shortcut and you still don’t change things such as your eating habits and the way you work out, you’ll gain the weight back. It really is a headstart,” she shared.

Basing it off from her 2023 surgical experience for her arms, it made her feel unafraid to do it all over again, this time for her abdomen.  

Her past experience gave her full confidence to do it again. “It was calm and smooth at the clinic,” she says. “Even after surgery, I felt great. It wasn’t a scary experience at all.”

From Recovery to Runway: Seeing The Results of 360° Liposuction

Max’s downtime was quick enough that she resumed normal activities within the same week. But it was during a major fashion show that everything clicked. “That was my eye-opening moment,” she recalls.
