Here’s What Happened at the 2019 Belo Beauty Suite

By Ysabel Vitangcol on September 18, 2019

In preparation for this year’s ABS-CBN Ball, our BELOved stars headed to the Belo Beauty Suite for some much-needed pampering. This month happened to coincide with the launch of our latest Belo Skin Quality Program, so we gave our #BeloBabies first dibs on some exciting new treatments! We also included some tried-and-tested favorites to the list, creating a curated treatment menu for our stars to look their best on the red carpet.

But it wasn’t just treatments—from the moment you walk in to the last steps of your procedure, we made sure that the Beauty Suite was a luxurious but fun experience.

m the moment you walk in to the last steps of your procedure, we made sure that the Beauty Suite was a luxurious but fun experience.

The 2019 Belo Beauty Suite was brought to life by renowned event stylist Robert Blancaflor, who gave the pavilion a Modern Filipiniana-inspired vibe, much like the theme of the Ball. Pieces by designer Kenneth Cobonpue provide a relaxed vibe to the space—think feminine and fun, but still distinctly Filipino.

At the lounge area, our stars enjoyed a variety of snacks and refreshments. There was also a station where they could customize a limited-edition BELOVED/BELOMED hoodie with absolutely any message their heart desired!

Our menu of treatments was a mix of old and new—the Skin Reboot, Cryoslush, Cinderella Drip, and Enhanced Supervitamin Drip are celeb faves, so they had to be on the list. But the stars of the show were our new treatments! All of the new offerings are part of the Belo Skin Quality Program, which is designed to target common millennial skin issues like acne, pigmentation, and more.

Here are some of the celebs who swung by…

Sue Ramirez, Heaven Peralejo, and Enrique Gil were one of the first to try our new Salt Facial. Belo is the first in Asia to bring in the renowned treatment! Salt is antibacterial by nature, so this treatment is great for clearing acne, as well as rosacea, pigmentation, and more. Piolo Pascual, Leila Alcasid, McCoy de Leon, and Daniella Stranner tried it, too!

Maymay Entrata, Janella Salvador, and Dimples Romana tried out the Glass Skin Facial, which starts with a deep wash, infuses a variety of powerful serums to the skin, and applies hyaluronic acid gel for smooth and hydrated skin.

Kim Chiu and Maris Racal tried out our new Crystalle Glass Mask, which is an add-on treatment that gently exfoliates skin to even out complexion and improve texture.

Anne Curtis enjoyed the new Light Mask, which starts out with LED light therapy depending on the patient’s skin issue. Then, an ultra-soothing hyaluronic acid mask is applied to plump the skin.

Barbie Imperial and Inigo Pascual gave LuminoVitaGlow a try—it’s a three-step skin quality perfecting treatment that gives you noticeable radiance and an overall fresher look.

Iza Calzado, Ruffa Gutierrez, Chie Filomeno, Loisa Andalio, Kira Balinger, Gretchen Ho, Tim Yap, Vivoree Esclito, Robi Domingo, Georcelle Sy, Sarah Carlos, and Jane de Leon were at the Suite as well to enjoy their choice of Belo treatments.

We were thrilled that we got to host yet another fun-filled day of relaxation and rejuvenation for our Belo Babies. We hope this inspires you to book an appointment for your next big event—because a little Belofying never hurt!
